Open to all Residents of Howard County and surrounding communities.
For Open Class categories, 4-H/FFA experience is not necessary.
Children, Teens, Adults of all ages.
4-H/FFA competitions open to Howard County 4-H/FFA only.

4-H Exhibitors:
Open to Howard County 4-H Club members who are enrolled and active in 4-H work no later than June 1st of the current year.
All 4-H Entries must be made online from June 1 - July 1, 2020.
Entries for most 4-H Departments must be made through the 4-H online entry system found at www.Howard4-H.org.
Entries for the following 4-H Departments must be made through the fair’s online entry system: Dairy Cattle, Beef Heifers, Breeding Meat Goats, Dairy Goats, Pygmy Goats, Breeding Sheep, and Breeding Swine.
